Type a few words and this fancy text generator turns them into twelve different styles at once: bold, italic, bold italic, script, fraktur, double-struck, monospace, circled, squared, fullwidth, upside down and small caps. Every style updates live while you type, and each one has its own copy button. Press it, paste the result into your bio, username, caption or group chat, and you are done.

The trick is not a font. These are Unicode characters, a large standard set of letters that happen to look like decorated versions of the alphabet. Because they are real characters rather than formatting, they survive copy and paste into most places that accept text, which is why they work on social profiles where you cannot choose a font. It is also why they are not magic. A few apps and older devices do not have a glyph for every character and will show an empty box instead.

A few honest details. The converter works letter by letter, and any character that has no fancy equivalent is passed through unchanged. Squared only covers capital letters, so lowercase stays plain. Small caps only covers lowercase letters. Italic, bold italic, script and fraktur cover letters but not digits, so numbers stay as they are. Upside down reverses your text and flips the characters, so it reads correctly if you turn your screen over. Accented letters and emoji are left alone.

One more thing worth saying out loud: screen readers often read these characters badly, or read them out one by one. If you want people with assistive tech to follow your post, keep the fancy bit short and do not put anything important in it.

It all runs in your browser. Whatever you type is converted on your own device and is not sent anywhere. Free, no signup, no limit on how silly you get.

How to use it

  1. Type or paste your text into the YOUR TEXT box. All twelve styles update as you type.
  2. Scan the list for the look you want: bold, italic, script, fraktur, circled, upside down and the rest.
  3. Press the clipboard button next to that style. It turns into a tick, and the styled text is on your clipboard ready to paste.

Worked example

Type: Hello 2026. The list fills in at once. The Bold line gives you a heavy sans-serif version, digits included. Circled turns the letters into letters inside little circles, and the digits become circled numbers too. Double gives you the hollow blackboard-bold look. Squared only changes the capital H, because it has no lowercase set, so you would type HELLO in capitals to get the full effect. Upside Down reverses the whole line and flips each character. Pick one, press its clipboard button, and paste it into your profile bio.

FAQ

Is this a font I need to install?

No. The output is made of Unicode characters, so there is nothing to install. You copy the text and paste it wherever you like. It works only where the app or device can display those characters.

Which styles are included?

Twelve: bold, italic, bold italic, script, fraktur, double-struck, monospace, circled, squared, fullwidth, upside down and small caps.

Why did some of my letters or numbers not change?

Characters without a fancy equivalent in that style are left as they are. Squared covers capitals only, small caps covers lowercase only, and some styles have no digits. Accents and emoji are not converted.

Is the text I type sent to a server?

No. The conversion runs in your browser, on your own device, and the copy button uses your clipboard. Nothing you type is uploaded.
